And Now Geese

Chris has been wanting to get these little guys for awhile.  I don't know what we are going to do with them, but aren't they the cutest little things.  Devin has named his Fluffy and Lexy named hers Custard.  We thought they may like to go for a swim in our bathroom sink, but they didn't love it as much as we thought.

The Fruit Garden is growing

Our family loves fresh fruits, so we have started our own fruit garden.   Part of our purpose for moving to this mini farm is to grow as much of our own food as possible. Although we know these fruits won't bear fruit for a few years, at least we have started.   We planted 48 strawberry plants, one red raspberry bush, three blueberry bushes, two grape vines, and one black berry bush. In a few years we will have the best pies around!!
