We just couldn't resist getting a few baby chicks. We thought this would be a fun adventure to try and the kids will love it! We purchased a few layers of 5 Reds and 5 Buffs, but also thought we would get 10 cornish hens to try and just for fun we bought 2 turkeys! We still need to read up on what we need to do with the turkeys, but we have lots of room and who doesn't want a fresh homegrown turkey for Thanksgiving!!
